My favourite food in the world
Indian food is different from rest of
the world because indian food reflect culture in their food. Actually i
like all type of food that prepared in India, specially chole bature, burger,
pav bhaji, pizza ans many more thing that i love to eat. There is speciality in
india that ever food show their culture and tradition.
The chole bature itself looks
so yummy, and crispy. There is no better feeling in the world
than a warm chole bature plate on your lap. My love for chole bature is
very high. I am always hungry for chole bature , be it any time of the day.
Second thing i love to eat
is burger. The burger itself looks so yummy, crispy and so cheesy. Cheese
is the secret and main ingredient of any food it makes any food taste
yummy.
Nearly any ingredient can be put on
pizza. Those diced vegetables, jalapenos, tomato sauce and cheese a make me eat
ore and more like a unique work of art. Every pie of pizza is of different
shape and size. There are thin-crust pies, deep dish pies, and everything in
between. There are different cheeses, tomato sauce and pies, or even pies with
a completely different base altogether.
Pav Bhaji is a spicy mashed vegetable dish, served piping hot with a dollop of butter, red onions, cilantro and a squeeze of lime. Accompanied by warm buttery pan-toasted rolls, this visually delightful dish is sure to fill your tummy as well as your heart!
The best part I like about making Mumbai Pav Bhaji, is that you don’t have to be super precise in your prep and chopping. First, cook the roughly chopped vegetables together in the ginger-garlic, onion-tomato base. Next, lightly mash the cooked veggies, bringing forth the distinctly spicy-tangy flavors. The final dish is incredibly tasty and presentable, you will be surprised at how little effort went into making this goodness!
A great combination of nutritious mixed vegetables in a lip-smacking tomato base, Paav Bhaji is one of the best ways to get your kids to eat their veggies.
